Sophie and Eoghan contacted me from Canada, after a recommendation from the Harbour Hotel. Having that first meeting through a video call is now a really common first point of contact with couples, I guess it’s something that feels quite natural these days. I felt like we hit it off instantly. I had a strong sense that the wedding had been thought through and planned in detail, there was lots to share and pin point timings for the day to discuss. I find this really helpful when helping couples plan their photography. My first impression was that they were very warm and personable people, and clearly had a strong natural bond, which I feel comes through in the photos really well. they are completely at ease with eachother, and that’s always a pleasure to capture. It makes my job really easy. I wish them a lifetime of happiness together and many more adventures to come. Thanks for putting your trust in me on the big day. : )

My first visit to the Harbour Hotel in Richmond became the setting for Leanne and Chris’ summer wedding. I was really looking forward to capturing their day. When we met at the venue prior to the wedding it was clear they had a really lovely connection and I couldn’t wait to capture it on camera. It’s always nice to capture a wedding at a new venue. It feels like an open canvas from which to explore and bring to life. What I love about the Harbour Hotel Richmond is that there are lots of interesting, little spaces to photograph in, which is fab if the weather is poor. Luckily, the sun was shining and in the evening we made the short walk over to the terrace on top of Richmond Hill for some more bride and groom photographs, which have come out beautifully.
